beFITworkouts combine high-intensity cardio bursts with strength-building exercises to create an optimum fat-burning workout. The one hour program begins with a warm-up lap and stretching. Then, it's everything from sprints, stadiums, jumping jacks and more to lunges, squats, push-ups and other toning and tightening activities. Abdominal work and other spot exercises bring us to our cool-down and final stretches for a full-body workout.
